coil brackers

Hi folks, I am getting close to finishing the bike but have run into another problem. Where do the coils bolt to? I thought this would be obvious but its not. I have googled and all sorts but no joy. The powder coaters sent a bracket back with the bits that i must have left attached to the frame, hmm looks like a coil bolts to this bracket but if so where does the bracket bolt to? Only one bracket as well so i am guessing the other coil bolts straight to the frame. Any help would be great, thanks.
