Hi guys and gals, My leg is much better, Martin sorry to hear you have joined the crushed leg club.
Bike is back and better than new, can't ride just yet, still have to wait for insurance etc.
Saw the thread about BMW R1100s and thought I'd mention the new BM, sporty one with underseat pipes, 122 BHP and 198 kg wet, I'm told by bloke at Allan Jefferies that it goes like sh1t off a shovel.
mmmmm might swap, but then I am an old fart, so maybe stick with RT
I'm back...........almost
I'm back...........almost
it may be clever, but its not big.

Very funny
But now I've been hit twice in the last year I feel a bit nervous, If it was my fault, like got a corner wrong or ran into someone then I could accept that but when you get hit from behind or from the side it makes you think just how vunerable you are.
Thinking about body armour, anyone got any ideas?
I found that ankles, hips and obviously back are the most at risk.
Do any of you regularly wear protection ?
