Met up with Agent P and Carl again today. AP Swapped the petcock over for me and sure enough, when he took the old one apart, there was a pretty serious split in the diaphragm. Problem solved! And lots more besides which I will go into on another thread. The nicest know-it-alls you could hope to meet to whom I am now in debt. Thanks again guys!
