Ouch, get those broken bits off and things won't seem so bad.

I've got the same type of crash bungs made by R&G on my bike, it looks like they did their job,

Chris.

Hia Chris

As a relative newby I just picked on this thread, so can only say well done to you and your tenacity in getting back on the road . I now have my vtr which is a w reg with 46k - just given it a full service and will now do manual cct job, then rear suspension linkage. It's the dark blue metallic

I think I am going to really like this bike and it compliments my 98 blade, which I also love.

Anyway good work mate, and as I'm other side of the hills you never know our patches may cross

I love my firestorm and had to have it repaired. I also kept away from the insurance company as I didn't want it to be written off lol. have been out a few times over the last couple of days and rides superbly, don't think I have done a bad job of repairing it, don't look as if anything ever happened to it. ;)
