I have always run D207s and D208s on all of my bikes. They last quite well and give a good chunk of grip. I have read that some people hate them and that they "shuffle" the tyre across the tarmac. Personally i think they are great.
I am glad to see that you are back on a Storm Kaz, did you get a good deal?

After i offered you a swap for almost the same bike ! ( except with polished wheels, braided lines, reworked cans, tidied rear, twin headlight conversion, blah, blah, blah ! )
Well its the lasty time i try to do a deal with you !!!!

Penske do two options with the shockVTR1000KAZ wrote: I've had the seat off.. and found the cylinder for the shock under there ( like Marty's but his is on the side of his)with the words PENSKE RACING SHOCK on... does this mean anything or nothing?
-a short hose which mounts on the subframe rails on the left side
-a long hose with the resevoir under the seat
The one I bought had a long hose but I didn't want it under the seat so routed the hose under the battery box and mounted it on the right subframe

Is it the same looking as yours or has yours got a hexagonal adjuster on the top instead of my gold one?
Not keen personally but they're not badit's running Dunlop sportsmax 207's. I've never had any experience with these... what about you lot?
They are not nearly as good in the wet/cold as Bridgestones or Pirelli's
They take a bit longer to warm up
They're a bit pointier than the Bridgestones and Pirelli's so you get a sharper tip in
Bens top tipthe yellow on the hugger does not match the bike at all.. it's a totally different colour
Don't clean it so much and you'll never notice
