Re: what have you done to your "bike" today
I've sold my red one (Hogthrob) and the ZZR (Dozer).
Fired blacky up and did a little sex wee when I heard the fresh crackle and boom from the open carbon cans

Funny you should say that, The bike did feel a little more lively on the way home.
I put it down to the fresh grease around the spindles.

Got my seat back after a recover and gel insert for my old elbow, cool n comfy top yoke fitted, later regulator done, fairing, tank & pan trim away at pit stop bikes for corrosion attention, trim and repaint (the tank, fairing and pan), cam timing to check, fit the braided hoses & clean the pads, eastern beaver & mirror extenders ordered, needs some 3mm steel sheet if anyone can help as I need to make a top mount for some panniers, yes I know its a 'sports bike' but its got to go places too (swiftly).
Just where do you stop with a 'storm' I must have a problem, I'm looking at a set of hoses (samco make a set) and a fork brace ooer mrs

You have to take it for one last good spanking before to jet off just to give you something exciting to return home to .Jamoi wrote:I've sold my red one (Hogthrob) and the ZZR (Dozer).

Went to the MCN bike show today and got black twin headlights for the fighter, a Guy Martin AGV lid for me, took a photo of John McGuinness and had several looks at the MCN girls in hot pants & fishnet stockings

Swapped the valve shims and re-measured, they're all spot on or very close now so I'm happy with that. Sat the frame back in place ready to be tightened up properly, then its officially on the rebuild! Still got to rebuild brakes, clean carbs, send forks off etc etc, but it's a start, and I'm loving the black frame already
