So as I'm new here can any of you nice chaps give up your wealth of knowledge I read somewhere that some change there wheels for fireblade ones what years fit ? also mcct seems to be another one that gets done any info would be very helpful

Roger your forks, get a good shock. Bikes a good un, anything else is a personal bit really.
