Whats cheered you up today...?
Re: Whats cheered you up today...?
This could go in here or the "what annoyed you today" thread, but look on the bright side. Going out running for 2hrs 20mins running from Hertford to Stevenage.
Running is sh1t, boring, hateful, nasty and intended only for goons who haven't got the sense to use something with feckin wheels!

I won the Texas Lotto yesterday! Well actually I got three of the six numbers and got $3 but it's more that I ever won before. It's a start.
I love buying one lottery ticket. I know the odds of my winning are slim and none but for a brief moment, before the drawing, I have just as much chance of hitting it big as anyone. There is a lot of happy dreaming that can be bought for a dollar.

Got home to a parcel from Jamie. Something that I bought off him in his sale but was a bit to big to go in me back pack on Sunday.

my record is 9 days, I was in hospital for 2 weeks having a skin graft, and the lack off activity and the strong pain killers meant I got well and truly backed up. to the point where you can't eat and you constantly feel sick....

but my god do feel better when you finally go......

That was one of the reasons I stopped eating when in Hospital. They ended up giving me a milk food substitute nurishment type drinks. Oh and I love that thick sweet lactose syrup. Yum. That was better than the nurishment drinks.

Half a bottle of Gosling's Black Seal rum with Ginger Beer, hmm, Dark and Stormy's - yum. Also City won (but so did Utd).
I'm so unlucky that if there is such a thing as re-incarnation I'll come back as me!

in the end you can't eat, as your body rejects food because it can't take anymore....lloydie wrote:Very true I do feel good now :-)
