Removed this today to clean everything up and fix some very dodgy wiring
One of the brackets on the underside of the cowl, about half way down, has broken off the cowl. Some numpty has actually used countersunk Philips studs and nurse to fix these !!!!
So huge question us what is the best product to fix the hole bracket back to the cowl - was going to try and epoxy it then reinforce with fibreglass matting.

I had the same thing when I got mine
someone had used a bit of tin and then screwed through the cowl
I took this of sanded the back
glued it on with epoxy then fibre glassed the back with matting
still good after 4 years

used this to fix my boys fairings, seems good
