
I think the internal area may have been painted like the calipers....

A nut and bolt through each one, one by one, with some brake cleaner works them loose. As long as the disks are not warped your good to go. Do keep an eye on them though in case they are Chinese as they have a habit of warping. And be careful torquing up the disk mounting bolts they can snap.
