Hello from a new VTR owner
Just a hello from me as I just picked up a 1998 red vtr1000
Not put any pics online yet so can't show it.
Has carbon front mudguard and hugger , tail tidy and manual tensioners lol
Someone has gutted the OE exhausts but no keen on the idea. Does this mess up fueling or flow?
Oh and both mirrors are held together with instant gaskit lol so will be changed.
So far a quick 30 mile ride home so not used to it yet.
Swapped it for my old Fireblade but my everyday ride is a fazer1000. The vtr1000 will mostly be a Sunday blast and odd track day bike.
So here is me.... In Somerset btw

Welcome to the club..
The std cans with the baffles removed run great and sound great, so don't worry about the fuelling and enjoy the noise.
