ask Honda for compo, " only just run in " etc etc :lol:

I keep seeing that image in my head, especially while I was riding today. It had to have been fractured for a long time, maybe even a casting flaw? I don't think you can break a crank at idle.

if it was a bad casting, it managed to hold together for 150,000 miles nonetheless.......

plastic metal should repair that, save a few quid :(
