Storm for sale - Sold
This was built with the left overs from Chris's US/UK project. Not the best sales pitch i know, but it has turned out to be a reasonable bike.
it is sorted mechanically but a bit cosmetically challenged in place. I have been riding it daily for the last couple of weeks. It is very perky too. i ran it with my Art cans on and it was as good as any storm i have ever ridden. The 2 into 1 does not work as well but that is splitting hairs to be honest, it still seems more randy than Frankinstorm in standard trim.
I will not let it go for less than £1000 But offers above that are in with a shout.
link to follow when my puter starts work better

Re: Storm for sale
I take it that's anywhere between £1000 and £1,199.00 then as that's your eBay BINwill not let it go for less than £1000 But offers above that are in with a shout.

I would like to remind folks that the forum rules state as follows:
There is also a specific thread for eBay items for sale. I would also like to remind folks of the following:2. All items offered for sale must have a price and location and say if postage is extra. A post simply asking for offers or conducting a PM auction is not allowed. A price must be stated in the initial post. If you don't know a price then please do your research first before posting.
@Stuart3. You are welcome to post links to your own eBay listings but they must contain a price(s). Others including auctions must be posted in the relevant eBay thread.
On this occasion we shall leave this be as this is an in-house bike/build, born and bread here so to speak.

That's a good price for well sorted Storm. I hope it goes to a good home and GLWS.

I'm in a rather jovial mood today. The Sun is shining.

No offence meant Stuart, trying to be fair all round here. Now go and give frankinstorm a stroke. Gotta love frankinstorm.

Re: Storm for sale - Sold
having jumped back on frank today i have just realised that the the sold bike was running like a nutter (even with a bit of a flat spot when the 2 into 1 was fitted).
the 7k to 9k performance was probably verging on scary and with my art cans on it did that right through the range.
I am not sure what had been done to it but it but i want it doing to mine. I remember when i did the timing the flywheel did not have all the timing marks that i am used to seeing
oh well you cant keep them all
re carl's reminder ...... one must operate within the rules specified - no offence taken.
