Suspension settings

Post by Sloperboy »

Evening all, going to have a look at setting the suspension on my 2003 f2 to suit my 70kg ( suited and booted) weight, mainly an easy riding style kind of guy, certainly won't be setting any land speed records or doing any track days etc.

Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction re adjustments from where I should be starting from? I know I will have to fine tune it to my riding style and local roads but any information from where roughly I should start from would be great

Bike is running standard forks and rear shock, (16,000 miles)

Thanks

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
