What I use to cut celotex insulation sheets with is an old kitchen carving knife. Okay you'll need to sharpen it a few times due to the aluminium foil blunting it, but you get no sawdust. Just cut through 3/4 of the board thickness with the knife, fold the off-cut back on itself, then cut through the foil at the back.tony.mon wrote:Looking good, matey, that insulation is nasty to work with, the sawdust when you cut it gets everywhere.
What thickness did you use?
Nice job with the Man Cave
