What thickness did you use?
What I use to cut celotex insulation sheets with is an old kitchen carving knife. Okay you'll need to sharpen it a few times due to the aluminium foil blunting it, but you get no sawdust. Just cut through 3/4 of the board thickness with the knife, fold the off-cut back on itself, then cut through the foil at the back.

Nice job with the Man Cave

Same here. Nearly finished just need to trim the edging, and the floor as I have laid laminate flooring, then build the storage and work bench then the storm can come to pieces.
