rear shock bearings

good afternoon,

pottering along completing a nut and bolt tidy on my vtr, and the rear shock linkage onto swingarm, I have removed bush to find bearings completety shot, does anyone know the part number or sizes even for these, i am also wondering if a grease nipple would be a better option in order for regular lubrication.
any help greatly appreciated

Just knock them out & take to a local Bearing Factors they will match them for you & the seals as well...

Grease nipples can be fitted, don't see the point meself as you cant fit one to the small end of the dog bone so that needs checking regulay anyway might as well do it all at the same time...

Use this or the old bearings (as Mac suggested) to get the sizes and seals you need and save a bob or two by sourcing them from a local bearing factors.
