Hi KevStorm
:D Welcome on Board :D
Sounds like you've got a few nice goodies already fitted to the bike your looking at.
I'd be dead fussy when you look at it again If it's a private sale he's asking top price. Most bike shops wouldn't even want to take it off his hands cause of it's age and the extra's on it. I was just offered £1800 for a 99 model in pretty good nick (Nearly returned to std) but 30,000 miles on the clock.
See if you can talk him down a little. If not, it depends on how much you want it  .
Good luck

Welcome aboard Kev :!: Sounds like you've already made your mind up. As Pete said there's quite a few nice extras already fitted (which will not add too the 2nd hand sale price which you probably know) which will be a saving if you were going to fit them anyway :!: also new tyres which is something you have take into account when purchasing a 2nd hand bike, if they're a good brand that would have cost you £150 plus depending on what they are.

One suggestion I would say if the Art cans are race cans (no baffles fitted and not stamped with road legal markings) see if you will get the original cans included in the deal, as you may find later on you will need to re- fit them come mot time :!:
