It's Chric's form of a "Bump" to bring the advert to the top again,

Chris.

Possibly...... But there are several other possibilities here.
It may be a reference to having to miss the TT races in June due to the dates clashing with a planned operation.

Alternatively it may be an abbreviation for Tank Top, the sleeveless jumper worn in the Seventies.
Tank is sometimes aligned with the more common "Tanker", which is rhyming slang for a self-stimulating individual, possibly although not necessarily while driving either a tracked vehicle or a mass volume fuel delivery vehicle.

It could be meant to say: "Thanks, Sir, you are indeed a gent and a Top Man" (Probably unconnected with the seventies clothing store of the same name renowned for merchandising the aforementioned sleeveless jumpers)

Any others I haven't considered?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
