Similar to mine but not quite the same. Think it might be a classic range box looking at it

Re: Whats cheered you up today...?
I had a car driver turn into the side of my car back in June; she was "only doing what her sat nav told her" but it didn't mention that in order to pull off at a motorway junction you ought to be in the outside lane of the roundabout not the inside one. But hey.
So my insurance paid out, but they hadn't got round to writing to her insurance to get their money back, and six months later when I wanted to renew my insurance, my premium was loaded as her claim was "disputed".
Turns out they sat on it for four months without doing anything at all about it.
I've got them to agree to pay me £150 as compensation, but now they've just confirmed that the other insurer has admitted full liability.
I therefore have no stain on my character once again.......teflon, me.....
All I need now is the uninsured losses payment and I'll be happy.
They scraped in just before I got all litigious with the Ombudsman.
A wonderful motivator, righteous indignation!
It goes to show, ignorance is not bliss, they ignored me at their peril.

good man Tony. Knowing your rights these days is crucial. My mate said he had lost a £500 deposit on a car as he had changed his mind. I got it back for him after confronting them on a Saturday morning ( busiest time) by asking him directly why he refused to give it back I simply held my phone and said i was recording it to give an accurate account and i was sending it too the Business Ombudsman. He paid up straight away.
I hate bullying people esp salespeople more. Insurance if one of the biggest rip offs ever.

another new shiny for the 2:

2nd time lucky, my italian (via Google Translator) wasn't particularly effective the 1st time, so the black one with a red adjuster had to go back.
Grazie, Stylmoto di Palma, for my leva Titax freno Honda.
God, I'm turning myself on now....

Took my son for the tryouts for the tryouts !to join the Coventry blaze ice hockey team .
Got 3 more sessions before they decide if he's worth training for the tryouts to join the team in June .
If he gets through both stages he will play for the under 13 in the league in October.
Very excited [THUMBS UP SIGN]

I'm so unlucky that if there is such a thing as re-incarnation I'll come back as me!
