Swing arm Bearings

So I removed the swing arm for powder coating.
I will have to remove the bearings for this (I think)

Never done this job before.

Just removed the circlip holding the 2 roller bearings.

Any tips on removing the bearings ?

Or will I just smash them out (as usual)

I've just had a look on you tube
And there's away of pressing them out
In a vice with a suitable socket,
Almost a touch of finesse !!
Ha, but smashing them out with as

I made one up in a similar fashion for pressing to new ones back in.

Pressed out using the vice/socket method, both sides came out nicely
without any unneccesary brute force (makes a change)

Pressed back in, pretty much a reversal of removal,
using threaded bar, washers etc
managed to get a washer about half a mill smaller than the
bearings, so that went well !!
