What I usually do is take the youtu.be vid title and search for it in the youtube search - which gives more or less the correct URL for adding here
Problem is you've left yours titled by default 'GOPR0128' same as everyone else with a go pro!

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
Way to make it work is to not use any URL obfuscators (youtu.be being one of them), and to replace the https:// protocol with http:// (Not sure why https isn't supported but the framework this forum uses is written in PHP, don't really need to say anything else.)
Also if you try to reference a time (Don't think you did), that doesn't work. So the URL can only ever be
