Clutch Line Replacement

Hi all

Trying to get my new purchase back to tip top!

Can anyone tell me where the brackets/clips are supposed to be located for the clutch line and what the oem routing is?

A previous has put a braided line on from a different model bike, it's too long, cable tied in with a hoofing great fugly loop at the front.

I've got a Hel replacement which has a grommet and a rubber clamp bush, so wondering where these locate.

Haven't taken the fairing off yet so original brackets might still be there.

No.4 is the top clutch line holder its wher the rubber gromet fits in, it bolts to the frame on the left of the headstock.

When you get your new line, take the faring off & just look at the exsisting lines rout & follow that....Simples.

Have fun bleeding the new one.

Existing line (not original) has been routed under tank and cable tied!

Any idea where the bottom clamp is?

Download the Service Manual PDF from the workshop knowledgebase section and it has the pipe, cable and hose routing illustrations starting from about page 23

The standard clutch hose just so you're aware a hybrid mix of fine bore tubing and hose - on the tube section there rubber mount that fits somewhere near a upper radiator mount.
