I use an on line converter called GPSies http://www.gpsies.com/convert.do;?language=en to convert the google map file [or even just put in the google map link] into a GPX file, then use base camp to import it onto zumo.

so we need Popkat to do some routes for devon and see if we can manage to get them down loaded/!

I haven't had chance to try it yet but from the read through it appears very informative.

My Zumo managed to lock itself up a couple of times this week.
I've just been on the Garmin Website and there are quite a few updates for various issue (System stability, Base camp interaction, importing GPX files, Added more phones to the Bluetooth compatibility , just to name a few)
I've just completed the updates but haven't had time to test it yet.
