I had a moment today where I stood up and went to walk over to me my desk to roll a fag. I had no intentions of it but it was the habit. Stood up and said to myslef "what am I doing" then sat back down LOL had blast on the vape. On my second tank of juice already today. Between two and three tanks I seem to be getting through depending on how late I stay up. I shall get a top filling tank for my next one.

Try a flavour with a bit of bite to it. It seemed to make it easier for me to bear in the beginning.
I used aniseed or blackjack flavour, rather I'm still using them nearly two years later

I'm currently on a sweet flavoured juice. Vanilla/Orange kind of flavour. I also have some Virgina blend and Menthol Ice to choose from. I like a mix of those two as the menthol is strong. Flavours can bring more pleasure but as an addict I will smoke anything really. It would have to be very bad for me not too. I've had worse in my younger days with manky old bong water but ones still does it. Addiction crazy init. I shall experiment with flavours and chop and change as and when I get vape tongue. I quite fancy trying out the ganja juice. One has the option of some Valerian root or a caffeine type ingredient depending on which direction one wants to go in. As for Nicotine....wow, this really works.

Sure does. I reckon it's my body kicking out all the toxins and my lungs are loosening up. I'm defo going to get a top filling tank next. There are UK regs coming into play that don't allow tanks bigger than 2ml. It's stupid as all it does it mean filling up more often. It's like the reduction in size of Mars bars, I just buy two now. I might get a bigger pyrex tank off eBay as there seems to be a few on there in various sizes and colours. Hong kong should be OK for these not much to go wrong with a bit of glass.

Like Kev64 and Lloydie I also use a Coolfire IV, with a Kanger Aerotank. Lovely, but I occasionally crave the fags when pissed.

There are specilist bars & clubs for that sort of thing Mav...So I'm led to beleive, Lloydie told me...

Is that the Apire I see there in Red Carbon. The only think your missing is a roll of bog roll On my third tank of juice today. Whoever said vaping is cheaper than smoking was wrong unless one is a 20 pack of fags a day habit. The benifits far outweigh the cons though.
