I just ride it, chain maintenance is an absolute faff!
Having a shafty does help though

ATF oil dispensed via a loobman to both sides of the back sprocket

Tutoro Motorcycle Chain Oilers, with either scottoiler leftovers, or old engine oil works with this auto oiler.

I use stuff I get from a local shop .
Spray it on after a ride while the chain has heat in it and leave it to soak in .
It don't fling off or build up into a dirty sticky mess .
Easy to clean off too :-)

I use a bottle of scottoil just drip it on wipe it off and Bobs yer gay auntie

I use WD chain lube
very sticky
does fling a bit if put on heavy and don`t get it on your cleaning sponge as It does not come off
