If you have it apart then I would go straight to removing fuel rail and cleaning the injectors with injector cleaner. Work back from there. Especially since you have the fault codes so you are in the ballpark

By the looks of it they can be removed from the throttle bodies without having to take it off.

when I take out the injector I am going to need to replace the seals, plus can I blast them with injector cleaner then blow them out with air?

You have to take the fuel rail off to remove the injectors. That's it though, the fuel line and FPR can stay attached. One bolt each end and a sharp tug should get them off. Then you remove the clips holding the injectors onto the rail and give each one a pull and they come right off. HINT - only remove one injector at a time so as not to get them mixed up. I heard it does make a difference to fuelling if you mix them up but never took the risk to verify. Just bear in mind though that the fuel rail will still be pressurised so you will have fuel coming out.

As long as the seals aren't damaged in anyway they are fine to reuse. Blow them out using the straw with the cleaner (make sure its not pointing up at your face as the cleaner WILL blow up and go in your eyes and it bloody stings) If you blow into the injector from the fuel rail side while that side is pointing to the ground then any crap will run out with the cleaner. For the throttle body side spray them from a little distance to loosen any crap then put them back in the fuel rail, reattach everything, put a container (ice cream tub or similar) cut holes in the lid and put the injectors through the holes attached to the fuel rail. Turn ignition on, fuel pump should prime and pressurise the rail. Once done take the return line off the FPR (left side of fuel rail) and make sure that no fuel is dripping from the FPR (if it is then its on its way out) if not then reattach return line and turn bike over. This will cause the injectors to fire and if you have the right tub should see all 4 spraying fuel in the tub, this will also clean the crap from the throttle body side of the injector that might have got through from the other side. Don't need to do this for long (a few secs) once done put the bike back together and fingers crossed off you go.

Once you've got it going and its going right you need to reset the MIL. To do this get a paperclip and fine the plug with a black rubber cap over it. It will have 2 wires going into it. Bridge those 2 wires with the paperclip, turn ignition on and flick kill switch to run, remove the paperclip from the plug and the FI light should come on for about 5secs. The paperclip MUST be reinserted within these 5secs. The MIL should flash showing that all codes have been cleared. If it flashes 20 times however then the memory has not be cleared and you need to start from the beginning to reset.

Right here is the plan, I have shutdown in three weeks time, but I am going on holiday the first week so that give me two complete weeks to work on the Garden and on rainy days the bike, I am going to clean up and check all the connectors and put bike back together ( not a big job ) and I have been told to run sea foam through the injectors, if I get anymore problems then I will sit the bike up until shutdown and do a full strip and clean of the injectors, I work in motor manufacture so I will be changing the seals, that has always been drummed into me.

Sound like a plan?.
