Hi has anybody got a decent rear suspension plate for sale??.

If you mean a shim to lift the rear then yes?

Its the part where the shock pivots & the dog bone linkage attaches to the swing arm ..

Make an offer, clean it up, coat of paint and slap in new bearings - sorted! :thumbup:

if it is only one set of bearing and seal that have gone, they are pretty cheap to replace
