Power Bronze Belly Pan Brackets

Post by ConTRo13R »

I'm after the brackets that are used to attach the following belly pan to the bike

http://www.powerbronze.co.uk/822853/818 ... BLACK.item

Or drawing/sizes for making my own brackets or anyone that wants to make them for me for monies?...

Many Thanks

Here's a picture of the brackets which came with my Powerbronze lower fairing. If you work on scaling up the picture to A4 size (297mm X 210mm) that should give you the correct sizes.
If you have any problems I can email the same below to you,

Holes... the two lines closer together are for a hole the same size as the one you can see in the bottom bracket. The two lots of longer spaced lines are for a slot...allows for a bit of adjustment... I think, maybe...it's been a long while since I did any technical drawing...hahahaha
Making up since 2007, sometimes it's true...Honest...

What Mac said^ the lines spaced further apart are slots for adjustment.

Recently fitted the same belly to a mates bike.. crappy instructions and the large bolt they supply from new which goes in behind the stand for the rear bracket is not only the wrong thread but too long.

The boys are right, as below. The lines closer together are for holes that the fixing bolts go through. The bracket 2nd down in the drawing uses a 10mm fine pitch thread metric bolt, this bolt screws into the back of the side stand. It goes through a hole at the opposite end of the slotted end.
