Rear light is secured into two spring nut inserts that clip onto the inside of the rear cowling

Re: How does the rear light fit?
Thanks guys. - what had been fooling me is that the lugs on the tail of my 2nd bike have broken off and the previous owner had connected the lamp unit to the rear subframe with a nut and bolt !!!!! Now i need to work out how to fix that when i get round to that one , unless someone has a 'deep blue metallic' one around for sale
