First let me start by thanking everyone for their advice and support

Now its seems the leak was on both cams and from what I can see(after checking the seal and other bolts) its is just those two bolts.

Rear is done and added sealant, front i can get at without removing everything. but it's raining and can't do anymore inside or I might get divorced.

So in short I will be done today and sorted so total job time for a novice(including meltdowns tantrums and complete panic) will be about 13 hrs.

Now I know what i am doing its easy and I could strip and do it in maybe 3 or 4 hrs but before with little knowledge its a big job to take on, but to be honest for all the hassle worry and mess I am happy i did it myself.

Thanks again guys made life less shitty knowing I had your support and advice  . Now with luck its all done

Two things here with the cam covers. First make sure that the rubber seal is seated correctly around the rim as it's tightened down especially around the U shape where the spark plug goes. This can be a real pain on the front cylinder. Second make sure that underneath the cam cover bolts you have the round seals/ washer in place and around the right way around. Rubber bit facing downwards or some oil can get past the seals when under pressure.

As for the fuel tank please refer to the following image.

Oh.... and well done for taking this on and having a go yourself. Not only does it save you the price of garage fee's along with knowing it's done properly. It gives you a better understanding of your engine which will help with any other future strip downs, servicing/adjustments saving even more money along with the self satisfaction and not having to rely on others. With the money you have saved you can can put a smile back on the wife's face and buy her a bottle of kitchen degreasent and some washing up liquid. I really don't know how you guys get away with doing this sort of stuff in the Kitchen.
