This Sunday C4 it's the Bike landspeed record atempt...

Think its 19.30hrs but check your listings...
20.00 apparently but still check your listings to be sure... :thumbup:
Making up since 2007, sometimes it's true...Honest...

I enjoyed his China exploits and fair play on his cycle across the desert on a single speed steel bike!

you might argue that the previous record holders carried all their own gear on their bikes whereas Guy had a back up team who carried his food so it wasn't the same rules..... But as he didn't actually stop much, he ignored his backup teams advice, he still had his rucksack with some gear in and he beat their time by such a large margin... I think they cant complain.

and deciding to cycle round Britain in December sounds like the worst timing you could think of, but that's what makes Guy such a character, he just jumps in head first with only minimal preparation and toughs it out
