Race Cans wanted, please.

Post by podman »

...or a fruity set at least..

I haven't got the asking price for a set of new Akros, something reasonably priced, clean and straight, dont care of what material, to bolt straight onto my 1999 bike, please.

Thanks in advance.

Hi mate ..tatty I can overlook for £70 but there not dented or bashed about?

Would I need 4 x springs to hold the cans to the link pipes and then 2 clamps to hold the link pipes to the exhaust headers/collector box?

Just checked them no dents, some scratches but not deep, they just need a very good clean up.

Yes 4 springs needed to hold cans to links, there are a couple of clamps included which might be useable with a good scrub... But springs & clamps cheap enough to buy.

I sold a set of Microns just like these but much cleaner late last year for £150 so these are cheap...Been sitting around for a while unused & unlikly to be used...

Harpoon Cans

Sorry for the delay. Minor panic at w*rk.

They came on the bike when I bought it but but they are too loud for me. I've got a couple of DBKillers which will need a bit of grinding to make them fit but I never bothered. I fitted standard cans which (shock horror) I prefer.
