Solid headers required...SORTED. Thanks

Post by StormyRob »

Hello

I a looking for some oil cooler pipes and the mounting bracket for the cooker itself.

Also. Does anyone have a half decent set of headers that will not require an extreme amount of work to Polish up?
Mine are quite severe on the front.

Also any exhaust clamps and gaskets etc (unfitted?)

Thanks

Oil cooler pipes and brackets - yep. Pipes have rust spots in the chrome though.

Headers - also a yes. Cleanish following some elbow grease application but not mint.

Might have used exhaust clamps but no gaskets

I told you to have a rake whilst you were here...fner fner fubber fubber...

I do have a set of std pipes prob just as pitted as yours tho...

I do have a set of the Mac special upgraded pipes but a/ they will be £90.. b/ I'm keeping them...sorry.

The bracket I may have will have to have a rake.

No headers...

Only realised recently about the oil cooler pipes as the bolts snapped in the old cooler. So any pipes will likely do as I'll sand them down and paint them. I'll stick them on the cooler I bought.
F@#@ING bike was so abused the closer I look at it. By the time I'm done I'll have spent as much on it as I paid for it and that's not good!

Thank you Mac

I've got a complete set of headers. I'll dig them out and take some pics.

Thanks Nick. Mine aren't too bad corrosion wise but they have their issues and I'd like something that needs no repair etc.

All good apart from a crack in the section that the left can mounts to. It's not all the way through but will need repairing. Sorry.
