Hi,
my throttle has develop a manual cruise control :D , I can rotate it but he don't want to come back...everything inside is well greased and lubed..what I miss?
I did reinstall the carbs last month and the springs on them were ok
cable routing?

What lube have you used on the throttle tube...Too much can gum it up, I had the same issue once when I got a bit over zealous with some grease...Just use a light spray of Oil with PTF in it...

2 things to check

1) did you ightend the cables to much so there is no slack? If you take out all the slack the friction goes right up and it will stick open.

2) is the grip rubbing on the bar end weight?

Or a frayed cable.
I have spares if you need any, or try Mac

Check your cable routing I had the same issue where I run the throttle cable the wrong way after re-routing it it was fine
