Looks like they have tried to make the system longer ! Fugly is too light of a ward for them headers

It looks like to me one of the reasons the owner may have done that would be to gain more ground clearance for the track on the front header pipe, as I noticed the bike has some lockwired bolts, of course I could be miles off :)
