got a problem with the storm

As title, need some help please.

She will start fine and runs fine pulls like a train all the time. However sitting at traffic lights in neutral every now and again I can feel the bike stop under me. A 'thud' if you like but the bike still runs and ticks over as normal. it doesn't do it all the time.
Outside temp ,bike temp, wether its been recently refuelled or it getting empty , on a hill, up or down.
There is no determining factor to when it does it.
I've covered just over 2000 miles since march and its done it about 10 times but lately the bike actually stops , not every time tho ?? she starts straight away.
Any ideas ?

Carb fart ! ! Increase idle speed!!

Mine does it too,normal for vtr's.These are known as carb farts turning up the idle to around 1200/1300 rpm will stop it stalling at lights etc.Most storms seem to do it but balancing carbs seems to help.

Just had the carbs cleaned and balanced and mine still just cuts out occasionally..upped the idle speed to 1300 seems to work ( for now )
