Flywheel tool is just a bolt.
A wheel bolt from a MAN or Iveco truck fits, if they have those over there.
I put a thread up in the workshop section a few years back, search for flywheel
From memory it's m22 X 1.5 thread.
Just checked, that's correct it's a metric fine thread not a standard m22 pitch.

I'd forgotten that thread.
Now you have the engine out my bodge flywheel holder won't work, so you'll have to find a way to hold it still while you wind the bolt in.
If it won't shift, tighten the bolt as much as possible then whack it on the head with a big hammer.

Fine.
Scrape off the deposit with a rotary wire brush.

Lap in the seats, they're often <3mm wide so nothing more than a lap needed, but if wider a seat recut is needed.

Put some grease in the fridge for reassembly, a dab of cold grease on the end of a screwdriver hold the collet onto a flat blade screwdriver to slip into place whereas warm grease let's it slide about and makes the job fiddly.
Demagnetise the screwdriver, if you have a mag/Demag tool.

Just pull the seals off with pliers.
Tap them back on after lapping using a small socket-? 9mm?
They just pop on with a tap. You can't re-use, buy new Honda ones, patterns can be variable.

Guides are a press fit, heat is your friend.

If you take the head somewhere to have the guides pressed in beware of losing the lower spring seats as they can fall off.
Normally they just stay in place but they're not fixed.

Well tony ..im very impressed i think with the way the bearings look at present .and now have found someone to do my rebore and fit J&E Pistons. So now i will get onto chasing up my parts list to try and get some prices .and best way to aquire these parts needed.
