Ok so this is as fitted to an F, note Red & green wire positon...The 3 yellows can go on at any sequence don't mater if they get swapped around but Red & Green must be as pictured. This on is fitted with the kit plugs...
Loom since changed & the alarm has gone...
This on is fitted on to an F2 bike, the ecus are mounted differently to the F hence the big silver box...
Less room for this one which is why the RR is facing the other way & I havent used the plugs...I have since added some heatshrink to the wires...
Now both of these RR's are from BMWS1000r & I dont recall them looking like that on the back with the heat paste stuff, I sure they are a sealed case, which would indeed leave me to think that the cheaper copys are not made to the same std...
Just pulled this pic from an ebay add...yep rear is sealed on the BMW ones...
