My starter motor is looking a bit sorry for itself, the nut that holds the cable on has rusted into a round brown lump. So much so that a spanner or socket would not even engage!
I have disconnected the cable with the use of a dremel, but I now need either a replacement part or a refurbished unit. I seem to remember that a member was expert in these units and was doing a good job of supplying the community, can't remember who though...

Yea. Increase the posts. The whole idea of this place is for it to be a forum for discussion etc.
