Wrong!!! Olivers Mount in Scarborough has been a road race circuit since 1946!!

Ah hah. You fell into the trap, or at least the same one I did. I said that to the guy on the stand at the NEC and apparently it's different.
Oliver's mount is closed by the local council, this one in Wales is closed by the Highways Agency, or something like that.
