What is the best, reasonably priced cam for on-board footage on track days ? Time for an upgrade

Hi. I'm from holland and New on this forum. I did a trackday resently and filmed it with a tomtom bandit cam on a RAM mount. It works great! Even the sound.

I use a gopro4 when I'm on my mtb and my brother uses a Chinese version costing about a quarter of the price. When the files are uploaded I honestly can't really tell the difference.
If I was to buy again I'd probably go for something like an sjcam or similar. They cost way less, do the job and I wouldn't worry about smashing hundreds of pounds worth of camera if I was to bin it.
