I have 2 cans with baffles but absolutely no packing in them. What do I buy, and do I pack it, loosely fill it? any advise is most welcome thank you.

Silent sport premium definitely, you can buy from louis.de. First time I've heard of this packing was here, and I dont use anything else since.

Here's a good article on how to go about packing.

And yes Silent sport is what I have used in the past. This is the same stuff that the big named exhaust manufacturers like Akra use.

Or man up and leave them empty.

You can reply if you want, I can't hear you, though.

At tick over its sweet, at 3000 revs its deafening. 158db pulling through 5000 revs it makes ya ears bleed. I need a bit of packing.
