I sent the deposit earlier this week and I've had an email this morning from John at the Bunkhouse confirming he's received it, so it's all systems go here's an up to date list of attendees shown below. As discussed on our phone conversation, Due to other commitments AMCQ46 is dropping out so I've slotted you in his place, I'll send you payment info soon.
If anyone else is interested there are still some places left,
For all those that have already paid the deposit, we need to pay in full 10 weeks before the arrival date, so I will work out the final amount required and will be asking for the remainder of the funds towards the end of this month

I'll work out the cost of everything apart from breakfast, which if you rember he did on the day as required pre ordered the night before at a cost of £6
The only thing is that this year it will probably cost slightly more because there's only 11 of us.
My view on it is that the 11 of us pay the balance, and if any comes in afterwards they pay the same as us but it goes to pay towards the food and beer.
At the end of the day even with 11 of us it's still excellent value for money, I'll work it out tonight and post up with the amount required, I'll also PM all involved.
