A few more have now joined us, so due to the lack of room, unless a few drop out at the last minute, Sue and co will not be coming along.

As mentioned before the rooms consist of one room for 14 and one room for 6, you can see from the list above the room for 6 is now being occupied by 3 of us, so no longer practical for Sue and co to come along.
Please note I'm still looking for back markers and leaders.
mark2000vtr has kindly offered to bring burgers, sausages, bread, a selection beers, soft drinks etc down with him, he'll give us the receipts and then we can all chip in to pay him back, this will save everyone running around picking up supplies.
Also with the extra people joining in, I now have enough in the kitty to pay for everyone's breakfast for both Saturday and Sunday.
