Op storm V yorkshire dales 2019

Following the succes of previous meet im organizing it again. But i want to know if the place we stayed was ok or should i go somewhere else. I have an option for a nice bunkbarn that sleeps 12 with optional 4 price wise i have no idea as need to gather some interest before i go ahead and book the place the dates i have in mind are 17th to 19th may if available but open to sugestions

So for next years gathering ive gone for this bunkhouse its only down road from where we stayed kast year but much better.
Prices are 18£ pp+5£ for bedding per night on 12 sharing with an additional 4 at 108£ per night.
Dates they have available 17-19th may if those dates are ok plz let me know asap as places round there get booked up fast

The Station Inn (where we stayed) is about 1km away.

The lounge at new place is mint and i coukd stock up night b4 and drop it off at house ready for the hunger drinks games to begin

Ive booked the place for the dates above
Ive already paid the deposit and reserved 12 spaces with bedding included
Total cost is 492 divided by 12 = 41£ pp
They will maybe supply breakfast if up and running by then if not ive been told that we can have buttys and rolls if thats ok with us
There is a bbq on site so i nominate mark2000vtr fir the meat bringing or ill supply some
Drinks wise i will taje orders from attendung ppl b4 then and pack car up night b4 ready for everybody
Hope its ok with everybody and i shall take deposits from ppl shortly and when you lot ready to pay

I started the list 3 out of 12 gone ...9 spots remaining.
First come first served im sure there is camping available for those that dont get a spot in the bunkhouse. But there is a den availabe that sleeps 4 but the cost is slightly higher...
So that takes the lot to 16 but the sooner i know numbers i can make sure we all stay in the house and not camp
