I don't know if anyone has a choke plunger for sale have they? Its the bit on the end of the cable with a rubber end??

I'm also after a rear shock if anyone has a decent one??

Hi, long time no post!!! I have completed all the mechanicals and electrical work and am now doing the bodywork (my favourite!).

I have fitted the KOSO dash, I'm really impressed with it, it seems like good quality and has a multitude of settings. I have modified the sump plug and utilised the oil temperature sensor as an extra. I wanted to keep the low fuel and side stand light, this system would not transfer to the KOSO dash so I have made a separate little area around the dash that incorporates theses lights.





I have modified the rear cylinder exhaust downpipe as although the bike ran surprisingly nice with the short downpipe it made the silencer extremely hot, it took approx. 10HRS to make to prove it but worthwhile. I will be making one in stainless once its all proved.









Brakes all bled up and bracket made for rear caliper.





New front coil location.



Painted radiator mount, these push the rads back to accept the blade fairing.

Hi fellas. Long time with no post!! Anyone interested in the pictures of my bike? Been finished for ages and been used all summer with a couple of small but now sorted issues. One being the battery overheating due to the down pipe being too close and the other being the radiator on the nearside rubbing causing a slight leak. Both problems disappointed me but quickly sorted. I relocated the battery into the rear seat storage space with a small lithium (expensive) battery. The radiator bracket was modified slightly and that sorted that issue. My plan was to have a fully functioning, no excuses special that works as Honda may have intended and I think I have achieved it. I think it looks right and I'm pleased with it. Any comments most welcome as long as they are honest. I don't care if you hate it or think it wants crushing. No worries.
