If you could get me some contact details that would be amazing! They’re not to save crash damage, more to cover some scuffs up ;)fabiostar wrote: ↑Thu Nov 01, 2018 7:15 pm

Re: Project bike time!
Carbonadi ones are up to 8mm thick, and so will save you from crash damage if you drop it.
Make sure you tell Adi to cut the holes in the alternator side.
He speaks English.
The others are just cosmetic and are no use at all.
You might as well touch up the paint or polish the cases for all the good they'll do you in anything more than a walking pace drop.
You pay for what you get

Time for an overdue update!
I refused my wheels the first time I went to collect them, as well..... they looked shite. Second time around I’m really happy with them! I swapped the tyre over on the rear today and got that fitted.... my god I’m happy. sh1t pics for now! Also had the subframe done at the same time. Satin black of course...

5 spokes are batter......

I do like the gold tho. keep up the good work....

HEY YOU GUYS!!!!!!
Re: Project bike time!
Well, it’s yime for a long overdue update. There’s been a lot happen lately which has slowed progress on the storm. Garage has been outfitted with proper lighting and power, an epic work bench and all the crap has been either tipped or put into a different storage place, so I’ve finally had the space and time to get the front wheel in!
To say I’m happy is an understatement. I love how they’ve turned out, and how they’ve transformed the look of the bike...... I’ve got another day off tomorrow (hopefully! Work are pains at the mo) and a set of fairings to go and have a look at..... also need a rear coil mount bracket, or I may just go all out now and fit stick coils.
Only the one pic for now, as I’m knackered and sausages are calling my name. More updates tomorrow!
