Dogbone wanted
My dogbone looks good but the needle bearings were on the way out. Getting a bit notchy. I have new bearings and seals and the collars (pins) look and feel good. But... Can I get the old needle bearings out, can I feck.
Soooo. Does anyone have a dogbone lying about, without bearings and seals? Before I speak to David Silver.

Get a bearing puller set, or dremel it out.

Dogbone is fine but the bearing is breaking up and not moving.

Bearings and seals fitted. Now ready to assemble the final part of the linkage. Thanks once again Mac.

No wonder I couldn't get the old bearings out. The new ones took a hell of a push to get in. Almost reached for an extension thingy on my 4" vice. I can see why Honda specify a special tool.

Normaly just squeez them in easy... Freezer for a min of 24hrs & keep the dog bone somewere warm, bit of greese to help the sliding, they normaly go in fairly easy...
