If you have spare money you can have VTR1200 right away - German guys do make it into 1200 cc 160 rwhp at will. I have posted link to that company some time ago...will try to find it.

IMHO VFR1200 that will weight not more than VFR750 - well, that'll be interesting! Or - VTR1200 based on SP engine rather than Storm's engine.
Or street bike based on SP chassis and some V-something engine.
