Paint on clutch cover??

I have a replacement clutch cover for my spare engine, but is has some serious gouges that need repairing.

Need some advice on best filler and best paint - help!!!!

Carbonadi carbon clutch cover - plus it'll give extra protection if it scrapes down the road again
